Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architect to join our team in Jeddah, with a strong background in design-build industrial and data center projects. The ideal candidate should possess advanced proficiency in architectural tools such as Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion, and demonstrate a solid understanding of architectural design principles, project coordination, and industrial building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Technical:

• Perform architectural design work for design-build industrial and data center projects in accordance with client requirements.
• Develop concept and detailed designs using Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other visualization tools.
• Coordinate with Draftsmen for drawing preparation and ensure design quality and accuracy.
• Assist in reviewing and approving subcontractor and third-party design submittals.
• Provide support in creating a standard library of constructible details with cost-effective design solutions.

Coordination & Approvals:

• Collaborate with the Sr. Architect, Consultants, and Clients to ensure quick approvals and full compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate the integration of architectural, civil, MEP, and steel cladding drawings for design consistency and compatibility.
• Participate in interface meetings with authorities, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of submittal logs aligned with the overall project schedule.

Documentation & Project Support:

• Ensure timely delivery of updated “Issued for Construction” drawings, following Sr. Architect approval.
• Maintain organized backups of all design proposals and project documents
• Assist the Cost Control function with architectural input on variation orders.
• Provide architectural content and documentation for End-of-Job Reports as requested.

Site & Execution Support:

• Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and gain insight into actual construction practices.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to develop and deliver accurate As-Built Drawings.
• Support the Engineering and Planning teams with deliverables and milestone tracking.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in architectural design, particularly in industrial and data center.
• High proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural visualization and BIM tools
• Strong portfolio reflecting hands-on design-build experience.
• Solid knowledge of construction practices, materials, and technical detailing.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in contractor or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).
• Exposure to BIM coordination workflows.
