Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Architect – Fresh Graduate to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting in the review and coordination of architectural designs submitted by consultants to ensure alignment with project objectives and ministry standards.
• Supporting the EPMO team in monitoring design progress, identifying risks or delays, and ensuring timely delivery of architectural milestones.
• Participating in multi-disciplinary technical workshops and meetings to facilitate design integration and resolve design issues.
• Preparing and organizing architectural documentation, review comments, and compliance reports in accordance with the EPMO’s quality control process.
• Collaborating with senior engineers and project managers to track design changes and their impact on schedule, cost, and scope.
• Engaging in knowledge transfer sessions and contributing to documentation of lessons learned for continuous improvement across projects.
• Supporting in-site visits and field verifications to ensure adherence of design to actual site conditions, when required.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Strong foundational knowledge of architectural design principles and technical detailing.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of project phases, construction documents, and regulatory codes.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn within a structured project management and governance environment.
• Ability to interpret design standards, guidelines, and contractual documents.
