Architect

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a "one-stop solution" for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare. We are looking for an experienced Architect with proven track in healthcare projects to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare facility design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage project requirements across all design stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for hospitals and medical centers.
• Develop documentation from concept to construction.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, structural, planners).
• Ensure compliance with local/international healthcare standards.
• Present designs to clients and conduct review meetings.
• Perform site inspections to ensure quality and design intent.
• Review and approve shop drawings.
• Mentor junior staff in standards and workflows.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Architecture (or related).
• 8–10 years of architectural experience, with emphasis on healthcare projects.
• 3+ years in consultancy.
• Ideally worked on 2 healthcare projects (or one long-term project).
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD.
• LEED certification preferred.
• Familiar with SBC, MOH, FGI, NFPA, and medical equipment planning.
• GCC healthcare experience is a plus.
