Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients to support AI voice and speech technology initiatives through high-quality Arabic voice recording and review work.

In this role, you will record Arabic voice content and review speech data to help improve the accuracy, naturalness, and linguistic quality of AI speech systems. This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity suitable for contributors seeking asynchronous, project-based work.

Key Responsibilities

• Record short, scripted Arabic voice samples following provided guidelines
• Participate in guided voice recording tasks covering different tones, speaking styles, and contexts
• Review and evaluate Arabic speech recordings for clarity, pronunciation, and consistency
• Identify and flag audio quality issues such as background noise, distortion, or unclear speech
• Provide clear, structured feedback on reviewed recordings
• Follow project instructions related to confidentiality, data handling, and quality standards

Qualifications

• Professional-level fluency in spoken Arabic
• Clear articulation and natural speech delivery
• Strong listening skills and attention to linguistic detail
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality guidelines
• Access to a quiet recording environment
• Access to a microphone or recording device suitable for clear voice capture
• Prior experience in voice recording, audio review, or related work is helpful but not required
• Familiarity with Arabic dialects is a plus, but not required

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote and asynchronous
• Flexible scheduling based on task availability

Compensation

• Compensation varies by project scope, task type, and quality requirements
• Rates for qualifying tasks may range up to USD $40 per hour
• Payments are issued weekly via supported payout platforms
