Overview

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI language systems. The role involves providing structured voice recordings and qualitative feedback to help improve speech and language model performance. This is a remote, project-based opportunity offering flexible working hours and task-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Record short scripted voice clips using varying tones, emotions, and speaking styles
• Perform guided conversational recordings based on provided instructions
• Review and provide structured feedback on audio recordings from other contributors
• Ensure recordings meet clarity, pronunciation, and quality standards
• Follow all project guidelines related to audio quality and data handling

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in the Saudi Arabic dialect (spoken fluency equivalent to native level)
• Ability to express a wide range of emotions through voice
• Access to a quiet recording environment with minimal background noise
• Access to a microphone suitable for clear voice recording
• Prior experience in voice-related work (e.g., voiceover, audio narration, podcasting) is a plus but not required

Compensation

• Compensation varies by project scope, task type, and quality requirements
• Rates may range up to USD $40 per hour for qualifying tasks
• Payments are issued weekly via supported payout platforms
• Lower rates may apply during onboarding or for non-core tasks; full details are provided before task acceptance
