Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients to support AI language and speech technology initiatives through high-quality Arabic speech and voice data contributions.

In this role, you will participate in structured voice recording and review tasks designed to improve the accuracy, fluency, and cultural understanding of AI speech models. This is a flexible, project-based opportunity suitable for contributors seeking remote, asynchronous work.

Key Responsibilities

• Record short, scripted Arabic speech samples following provided guidelines
• Participate in guided voice recording tasks reflecting different tones, styles, and emotional expressions
• Review and provide feedback on speech recordings contributed by other participants
• Ensure recordings meet quality, clarity, pronunciation, and consistency standards
• Adhere to project requirements related to audio quality, confidentiality, and data handling

Qualifications

• Professional-level fluency in spoken Arabic
• Ability to articulate clearly and naturally across a range of vocal tones and expressions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Access to a quiet recording environment with minimal background noise
• Access to a microphone suitable for clear voice recordings
• Prior experience with voice recording, audio work, or similar activities is helpful but not required
• Familiarity with Arabic dialects is a plus, but not required

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote and asynchronous
• Flexible scheduling — work can be completed at your own pace based on project availability
• Independent contractor engagement

Compensation

• Compensation varies by project scope, task type, and quality requirements
• Rates for qualifying tasks may range up to USD $40 per hour
• Payments are issued weekly via supported payout platforms
• Lower rates may apply for onboarding or non-core tasks; full details are shared before task acceptance
