We are supporting a well-established company in Dammam to find a seasoned AR & Working Capital Manager to take ownership of their accounts receivable processes and help shape a robust cash flow strategy.

Key Highlights

* Lead AR operations, collections, and credit risk assessment
* Develop cash flow strategies and optimize working capital
* Present key insights to senior leadership and drive KPI improvements
* Mentor a skilled AR team and ensure full compliance

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years in AR & working capital management
* Strong financial systems knowledge (ERP + Excel)
* Leadership skills & high attention to detail
* Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
* CPA/CMA certification & local market knowledge (Saudi Arabia) preferred
