We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Champion to join our winning team and spearhead our ambitious growth plan within the Construction and Engineering industry in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, forging strong client relationships, sell a subset of product or services directly or via partners to an assigned territory and achieving sales targets in this thriving sector.

Responsibilities
Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

What You Will Do:
Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to the millions of businesses that need our help to evolve. You will:
- Identify key opportunities, trends, and potential clients within the construction and engineering sector.
- Understand prospects and clients' needs and pain points within the construction and engineering domain. Offer tailored solutions that address their challenges, effectively representing the company, and positioning our products and services as their preferred and trusted choice.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and work with Sales Consultants and other supporting functions to ensure alignment of sales efforts.
- Build a healthy pipeline for Oracle Primavera, Unifier and Aconex solutions& supporting products, and prepare and maintain sales forecast to deliver and achieve set Sales targets.
- Manage tenders process and prepare technical and commercial proposals in accordance with the company policies.
- Develop and implement strategic Accounts sales plans to optimize business opportunities and grow the business.
- Seek out new business opportunities. Leverage networking, referrals, and industry events and work with Business Development and Marketing teams to covert leads into solid sales opportunities and expand our client base.
- Lead and manage contract negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements. Have a good understanding of the sales and procurement cycle. Develop and maintain Closing plans to conclude deals properly and in a timely manner.
- Cultivate and maintain healthy customer partnerships at an executive level. Continuously support, service and liaise with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain rapport, to develop and grow the business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development initiatives. Apply new knowledge and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Proven track record of success in Enterprise sales roles consistently achieving annual targets, with a focus on the construction and engineering industry preferred.
- Experience of working at a senior level within customer organizations and understanding of business needs.
- An ability to work cooperatively with customers and prospects to steer them towards our product and service offering and to articulate their requirements throughout the organization.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market landscape, particularly within the construction and engineering sector is preferred. Would be a plus if you are already living and working in Saudi Arabia or worked in Saudi Arabia before
- Strong communication, writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in compiling bids and handling commercial aspects of the procurement process relating to the construction industry until successful closure.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales roles.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic languages.
