We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Solutions Architect with a proven track record of designing, migrating, and deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in cloud-native architectures, application modernization, and GCP best practices. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively guide teams through GCP adoption and ensure successful application deployments.

We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Solutions Architect with a proven track record of designing, migrating, and deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in cloud-native architectures, application modernization, and GCP best practices. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively guide teams through GCP adoption and ensure successful application deployments.
Required Experience (5+ years):
- Application Architecture Assessment and Migration: Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in assessing existing application architectures, identifying migration paths to GCP (e.g., rehosting, replatforming, refactoring, rearchitecting), and developing detailed migration plans. This includes experience with:
- Analyzing application dependencies, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Selecting appropriate GCP services for migration (e.g., Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Functions, App Engine).
- Estimating migration costs and timelines.
- Cloud-Native Application Design: Extensive experience (5+ years) in designing and implementing cloud-native applications on GCP, adhering to best practices for scalability, resilience, and security. This includes:
- Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architectures.
- Experience with serverless computing (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run).
- Expertise in API design and management.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Deployment Manager.
- GCP Onboarding and Training: Proven ability (3+ years) to onboard development teams to GCP, providing training and guidance on GCP services, tools, and best practices. This includes:
- Developing and delivering training materials.
- Creating and maintaining GCP documentation and knowledge bases.
- Providing hands-on support to development teams.
- Application Monitoring and Observability: Deep understanding (3+ years) of application monitoring and observability principles and practices on GCP, including experience with:
- Setting up monitoring dashboards and alerts using Cloud Monitoring.
- Implementing logging and tracing solutions using Cloud Logging and Cloud Trace.
- Utilizing monitoring data to identify performance issues and optimize application performance.
- GCP Certification and Compliance: Experience (3+ years) working with GCP stakeholders to certify application components on GCP, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements. This includes:
- Understanding of GCP security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Experience with implementing security controls and performing security audits. Certifications:

- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
