Analyst - Strategy Oversight

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Analyst - Strategy Oversight to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the strategic oversight function by analyzing data, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to the effective implementation of our organizational strategies. Your analytical insights will be essential in ensuring that projects align with Qiddiya's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and evaluating the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to assess the effectiveness of strategic projects and programs
• Prepare reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators and trends relevant to strategic oversight
• Support the development and maintenance of strategic planning documents and project plans
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather information and provide insights that inform strategic decision-making
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to support strategy formulation and execution
• Assist in preparing presentations for leadership regarding the progress of strategic initiatives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes used in strategic oversight activities
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in strategy analysis, project management, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with analytical tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
