Analyst - Complex & Attraction Application system

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated and analytical individual to fill the role of Analyst - Complex & Attraction Application System. This position will play a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency of our complex systems and attractions by analyzing application performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements.

As an Analyst, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that application systems function smoothly and effectively meet user needs, contributing to the overall success of our innovative entertainment and cultural offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the performance of complex and attraction application systems, ensuring optimal functionality in alignment with business objectives
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to application performance and user experience, providing timely resolutions and preventive measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate enhancements and upgrades to application systems based on user feedback and operational needs
• Document application processes, workflows, and changes to maintain up-to-date records for reference and training purposes
• Assist in developing training materials and conducting workshops to enhance user understanding of complex and attraction application systems
• Support data analysis efforts to inform decision-making related to application improvements and operational efficiencies
• Engage with users to gather feedback and assess application usability, ensuring continuous improvement in line with user needs
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in application analysis, support, or operations, preferably in a complex or entertainment-focused environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and end-users
• Proficiency in relevant application software and tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
