Analyst / Analyst Internship

We have supported over $8 billion+ worth of infrastructure projects globally. GIA is looking for a talented and ambitious cross-disciplinary individual to join the team as a full time Analyst / Analyst Intern (entry position). Applications will close December 15th 2025.

Responsibilities

• Become a core member of GIA project development and financial advisory team
• Support the team in ad hoc project development tasks for high-stakes, impactful infrastructure projects
• Apply financial knowledge to ensure accurate representation of financial principles
• Develop and maintain financial models for infrastructure projects in emerging markets
• Assist in the preparation of data analysis, reports and proposals
• Assist in securing new business and providing administrative support for business development activities
• Conduct research, including understanding ongoing DFI projects, infrastructure initiatives and lead generation
• Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze data for decision-making
• Maintain high-quality communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Utilise advanced Microsoft skills - Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Qualifications (meet min. 3 of the below)

• MBA, MSc, BSc, MA, or BA degree
• Top-tier university background requirement
• Working fluency in French, Portguese, Arabic and other languages is a plus
• Understanding of infrastructure development are pluses
• Success in exiting or building a new business is advantageous
• Background in IB, PE, or Strategy Consulting is advantageous
