المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إعداد وتنفيذ الخطة التسويقية والأهداف الإستراتيجية للشركة.
- إنشاء وإدارة البرامج والحملات التسويقية ومتابعة أدائها.
- إعداد والإشراف على المواد والمحتوى التسويقي بجميع أنواعه.
- إدارة قنوات التواصل مع الجهات الخارجية والشركاء في المجال التسويقي.
- جمع وتحليل بيانات السوق والمنافسين بشكل مستمر.
- إعداد المحتوى التسويقي للتقرير السنوي للشركة.
- تعزيز التعاون مع المتعاملين الخارجيين مثل موردي الخدمات التسويقية.
- تحديث بيانات الشركة ومعلوماتها في الموقع الإلكتروني ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
- متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والأساليب التسويقية.
- التركيز على التسويق الإلكتروني وتطويره.
- دراسة وتحليل الفئات المستهدفة في السوق.
- إنشاء وإدارة مدونة تسويقية لجذب المهتمين.
- تفعيل المشاركات في المناسبات الاجتماعية والوطنية.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية حول أنشطة ونتائج التسويق.
- الإشراف الكامل على جميع المنصات التسويقية والمواد التي تؤثر على العلامة التجارية، والعمل على تطويرها وتحسينها.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- خبرة في التسويق لا تقل عن 1-2 سنوات.
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق او تخصص ذات صلة.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة الحملات الإعلانية والتسويق الرقمي.
- قدرة على إعداد المحتوى التسويقي بجميع أنواعه.
- مهارات تواصل وتحليل ممتازة.
- معرفة جيدة بوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وأدوات التسويق الإلكتروني.
