Job Overview:

Accenture is seeking an AI Engineering (Python) Strategy Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for combining your expertise in AI engineering with Python programming to help clients leverage AI solutions that drive business transformation. You will collaborate with client teams, leadership, and Accenture’s technology experts to design, develop, and deploy AI strategies and solutions tailored to the needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to develop AI strategies, focusing on Python-based engineering solutions that align with business goals and support overall digital transformation initiatives.

Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions using Python, including machine learning models, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and other AI technologies.

Partner with client stakeholders to understand business challenges, provide AI-driven insights, and help them solve complex problems using Python-based AI solutions.

Collaborate with Accenture's technology, data science, and business teams to create end-to-end AI solutions that integrate with clients' existing infrastructure.

Ensure smooth deployment of AI solutions and strategies, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

Provide technical leadership in Python and AI engineering, guiding both clients and internal teams through the development and implementation process.

Strong ability to understand client business needs, align cloud strategies to their objectives, and deliver measurable business value.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's or Ph.D. is a plus.

3-6 years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on Python-based development and AI strategy consulting.

Strong proficiency in Python programming, with hands-on experience in building machine learning models, data processing, and deploying AI solutions.

Solid understanding of AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch), and data manipulation tools.

Experience in consulting or advisory roles, particularly in helping clients develop and execute AI strategies using engineering and Python-based solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement complex AI systems that deliver tangible business outcomes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
