What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for real-world customer experience use cases

• Preprocess and manage large-scale datasets to ensure quality model training

• Apply deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) to build and implement neural networks

• Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver AI solutions

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain models in production environments

• Analyze business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions to enhance platform capabilities

• Document models, workflows, and processes clearly for ongoing scalability and learning

• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and help integrate them into our systems

• Ensure ethical use of AI and compliance with data regulations

What we’re looking for

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or other AI-focused programming languages

• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch

• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

• Ability to break down complex problems into scalable AI solutions

• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Based in Saudi Arabia and fluent in Arabic and English
