Job requirements:

Serves as the AH-64E Maintenance Instructor under the guidance of the Aviation Institute's Technical Department Training Manager. This role involves delivering instruction for the 15R MOS Qualification Course, including academic teaching, hands-on performance training, evaluations, and developing course schedules to ensure students meet proficiency and maintenance standards. Additionally, responsible for maintaining accurate Student Training Records.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Perform all the above duties, including POI technical writing, courseware development, and periodic revisions as needed.
• Create, implement, and modify curriculum to meet course learning objectives.
• Provide classroom and hands-on instruction using various teaching techniques and Technical Publications to prepare students for MOS Qualification.
• Perform duties in a culturally sensitive environment while maintaining a professional attitude, appearance, and approach.
• Manage and maintain the assigned classroom, including equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Pass an instructor qualification course in the first 90 days of hire.
• Other duties as assigned and or directed by management.
