WSP in Middle East is currently looking for a Lead Advanced Technology Solutions Consultant to join us in Riyadh, KSA

As the Lead Advanced Technology Solutions Consultant, you will spearhead our new consulting service focused on cutting-edge security technologies. Your role will be multifaceted, involving strategy development, team building, and business development. You will lead the charge in breaking into this space, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth.

Your new role, what's involved?

Strategy Development:

Create a comprehensive strategy for our security consulting services, considering market trends, client needs, and emerging technologies.

Define the roadmap for integrating PSIM, CSIM, AI, machine learning, GIS, IoT, Smart Cities, Smart Places and Buildings, and other relevant technologies into our service offerings.

Team Building:

Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of security consultants and subject matter experts.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Business Development:

Identify potential clients and projects within the physical security and related domains such as fire life safety, and health & safety for example.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, facility managers, and security directors.

Pursue new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and win contracts.

Technical Expertise:

Stay abreast of advancements in security technologies.

Provide thought leadership on the implementation of PSIM, CSIM, AI, machine learning, IoT and Smart technologies and other relevant tools.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement customised solutions for clients.

Thought Leadership:

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and technology innovations.

Contribute to thought leadership articles, whitepapers, and industry conferences.

Financial Management:

Set revenue targets and operating margin goals for the new consulting service.

Monitor financial performance, adjust strategies as needed, ensure profitability and growth

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Computer Science, Engineering)
• Proven experience in physical security consulting, with a focus on technology integration
• Strong knowledge of PSIM, CSIM, AI, machine learning, GIS, IoT, and Smart Technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a team
• Business acumen and a track record of successful business development
