Job Summary.

Greeting clients and visitors to our office, giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, and handling a variety of administrative support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive.
• Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, and making travel plans.
• Preparing meeting and training rooms.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor system.
• Issuing purchase requisition

• Computer Skills – Excellent Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent English Language Skills (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Experience/Education/Skill-set Required

• Diploma in IT, Administrator, Accountant
• 1 year of experience.
