We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant – Geological Division who thrives in administrative roles and brings strong communication, discretion, and office management capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Geological Operations/Geological Solutions Division
• Manage and maintain confidential files and records
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments
• Implement and maintain effective physical and digital filing systems
• Deliver top-tier customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
• Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, General Studies, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
