Job Description

Job Summary:

Handling a variety of administrative support task and visitor management system.

Responsibilities/Accountabilty & Authority

  • Greet clients and visitors.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
  • Assisting with verity of administrative task including copying, taking notes, scanning documents
  • Preparer meeting and training rooms
  • Maintain workplace secure by issuing, checking in visitor's badges.
  • Issue purchase requisition
  • Assist invoicing team with Good receives issues and invoices submission.
  • Issuing cash in advance invoices (CIA)
  • Insert ZATCA invoices copies for all the invoices packages
  • Submit expenses
  • Power-user for the attendance system.

Behavioral Skills/Competencies & Required

  • Diploma in IT, Administrator, accountant
  • Computer skills in Microsoft office required.
  • Excellent English language, (reading, writing, and speaking) required.
  • Communication skills.
  • Positive attitude.
