Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist is responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable functions within the organization, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, and reconciling accounts.

Job Responsibility:

- Process invoices, credit memos, and payments in a timely manner

- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts

- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies

- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable

- Assist in month-end closing procedures

- Implement and maintain accounts receivable policies and procedures

- Communicate with clients regarding their accounts and payment status

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

- Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial role

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Prior experience in a supervisory or senior specialist role is a plus
