Accounts Receivable Manager - #16921

Robert Walters Middle East is currently working with a leading professional services firm. They are seeking to hire Accounts Receivable Manager. This role is based in Riyadh, KSA. Due to Saudization policies, this position is only open to Saudi Nationals.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the accounts receivable team, providing guidance, training, and support and foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment
• Monitor and analyse accounts receivable ageing reports, identifying and addressing issues promptly
• Establish and enforce credit limits and payment terms in accordance with company policies
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable metrics, cash flow projections, and ageing analysis
• Provide management with insights and recommendations for improving cash flow and reducing bad debt
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of experience within the Receivable function
• Professional services industry experience is advantageous
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
