Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including but not limited to, general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure proper recording of all transactions.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements to support financial decision-making.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with HQ to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
