Job Summary:

The Accounts and Admin Representative will play a crucial role in managing our day-to-day financial operations and administrative functions. This position involves overseeing accounts processes, ensuring compliance with Saudi financial regulations, and supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in a fintech or financial services environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Financial Operations:


  • Process and record accounts payable and receivable accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain updated financial records.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.


Administrative Support:


  • Manage general office administration including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and support HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for critical documents and ensure timely documentation for audits.


Compliance & Process Improvement:


  • Ensure adherence to local financial regulations, including VAT compliance, and internal financial policies.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls, supporting continuous process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, IT, risk management) to integrate fintech solutions and streamline workflows.


Communication & Coordination:


  • Serve as a key point of contact with banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data and sensitive business information.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably within the fintech or financial services sectors.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting standards and financial regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
