- The role holds a variety of AP and AR related tasks including payments, reconciliations, journalizing entries and supporting credit control activities.
The role carries out a variety of tasks:
- Processing claims / vendor and partner payments.
- Bank reconciliations
- TPA Partner reconciliations
- Employee Corporate Credit Card reconciliations
- ZATCA interactions
- Credit control follow ups with clients/brokers including partnering with billing and distribution teams
- Journalizing payment entries ensuring accuracy
- Support the branch in other adhoc projects
- Minimum 2 years in a finance role, ideally pursuing a recognized accountancy qualification
- Customer Focus – dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers, good at building effective relationships and teams
- Ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
