  • Summary of the Role

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant and Admin Officer to join our Riyadh-based team. As part of the newly established Saudi subsidiary of a UAE-based company with a proven track record of success, you will serve as the key representative for our Saudi entity. This role involves close coordination with the UAE headquarters and represents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the companys growth in KSA.


  • Job Purpose

    The Accountant and Admin Officer will represent the company to Saudi authorities, banks, and clients while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and financial operations in Riyadh. You will also play a key role in facilitating communication between the UAE and KSA teams, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and supporting the companys financial processes. Speaking Arabic and English at a professional competency level is required to succeed in this role.


  • Responsibilities
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for Saudi authorities, banks, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
    • Act as the main representative of the Saudi entity, building strong relationships with external stakeholders.
    • Support the companys strategic growth in Saudi Arabia through efficient administrative and financial management.
  • Financial
    • Manage client invoicing, payment follow-ups, and addressing financial inquiries.
    • Perform monthly bank reconciliations, promptly resolving discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
    • Provide regular updates and financial documentation to the UAE-based accounting team.
  • Operational
    • Maintain company documents, records, and correspondence in compliance with Saudi regulations.
    • Collaborate with the UAE team to ensure alignment and efficiency across operations.
    • Proactively address administrative and operational inefficiencies to enhance business processes.
  • Leadership
    • Establish and maintain strong communication with both the local team and UAE headquarters.
    • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.
  • Essential Experience/Qualification Requirements
    • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates who are not fluent in both English and Arabic will not be considered.
    • circa 5 years of experience in accounting or administration or procurement
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in financial matters.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with Saudi regulatory, tax, and banking requirements is a plus.
  • Desirable Experience/Qualification Requirements
    • Experience liaising with Saudi authorities and banks.
    • Knowledge of financial reconciliation and compliance processes.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Functional/Technical Skills - High level of accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliations. - Knowledge of banking reconciliation or desire to learn.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
