JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This role is open to individuals with disabilities who meet the required qualifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accurate processing of financial transactions in line with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial records for accuracy and completeness.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as required.
• Maintain financial records using accounting software and other tools.
• Respond to internal and external queries regarding financial matters.
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with budget preparation and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

MY PROFILE

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
