Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices for all approved business transactions, including credit bills, banquet/events, long-stay guests, corporate accounts, and travel agents.
• Ensure invoices are sent to clients within the established timeline.
• Verify supporting documents such as contracts, LPOs, and approved billing instructions.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable aging daily and follow up on overdue balances.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Front Office, and Events teams regarding outstanding payments.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all receivables and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly AR reports including aging analysis.
• Support the month-end closing process with accurate AR data and schedules.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
• Accurately post payments received through bank transfers, credit cards, cheques, or cash.
• Reconcile customer accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Follow up on returned payments and resolve discrepancies.
  
  

Requirements:

• College degree preferred on Finance
• 2 Years of experience as Account Receivable Officer
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other applicable computer systems.
• Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera), POS, and accounting software.
