Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader to manage and support our Account Managers team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of Account Managers to achieve client success and sales targets.
- Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and support.
- Ensuring clients are generating revenue and resolving system/device-related issues.
- Collaborating with other departments to improve client experience.
- Analyzing performance data and providing actionable insights.
- Proven experience in sales or account management.
- Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
