Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader to manage and support our Account Managers team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of Account Managers to achieve client success and sales targets.
• Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and support.
• Ensuring clients are generating revenue and resolving system/device-related issues.
• Collaborating with other departments to improve client experience.
• Analyzing performance data and providing actionable insights.

• Proven experience in sales or account management.
• Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
