Job Description

The Account Manager & Project Coordinator serves as a key point of contact between clients, internal teams, and business stakeholders. This role blends Account Management, Project Coordination, and Business Development to ensure smooth communication, efficient project execution, and client satisfaction.

Job Requirement

 Account Management (Client Relations & Support)

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to scope of work, agreements, project statuses, and financial matters.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, NDAs, and agreements between clients and the company.
  • Collect and organize project requirements from clients, including content, images, brand guidelines, and any necessary documentation.
  • Present designs and project updates to clients, explain the progress, and gather their feedback.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining proactive communication and addressing concerns efficiently.

 Project Coordination (Internal Team & Deliverables)

  • Share client briefs with internal teams (designers, developers) and ensure alignment on project requirements.
  • Oversee design submissions and provide feedback before finalizing for client approval.
  • Cross-check development progress vs. approved designs and content before submission.
  • Follow up on all internal and external tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in preparing project requirement templates for clients to streamline content submission.

 Business Development Support (Sales & Growth)

  • Identify and track new business opportunities on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Prepare financial and technical proposals for potential clients.
  • Create initial website sitemaps and structures based on client briefs and industry benchmarks.
