As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key construction and industrial clients during the execution phase of major projects. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring Hilti’s innovative solutions are effectively integrated into ongoing projects, driving value, efficiency, and long-term customer loyalty.

What does the role involve?
- Client Relationship Management: Own and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across assigned projects, including contractors, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Project Execution Support: Ensure Hilti products, software, and services are effectively implemented during the mid-phase of construction projects.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within ongoing projects to maximize share of wallet.
- Consultative Selling: Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to address project-specific challenges.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.

What You Need Is
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Civil or Mechanical preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, project management, or construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and stakeholder dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
