Academic Director

The Role
We are currently looking for an Academy Director for our client, a leading FM service provider based in Jeddah, KSA.The Academy Director, will reportdirectly to the CEO and will assume overall responsibility for providing health and safety leadership to the business units and ensuring operational excellence across the entire client portfolio. The role will involve leading a regional team of Health Safety Officers, Auditors, and Trainers to ensure compliance with our company policies, values, and operating procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough reviews of business unit operational performance, ensuring alignment with company standards and procedures. • Deliver industry-recognized training and qualifications to enhance the capabilities of our staff and bolster their professional development. •Maintain ISO Certification and oversee the strict adherence to ISO standards across all operational aspects. • Effectively manage and guide the H&S, Audit, and Training teams • Develop and refine company operational procedures, ensuring their efficiency, compliance, and alignment with best practices. • Provide comprehensive soft and hard services training • Implement and uphold SFG20 and BICS standards • Ensure meticulous health and safety reporting and offers valuable insights for continuous improvement. • Conduct thorough operational audits and provide unwavering support to drive enhancements and operational best practices. • Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers to fortify service delivery • Foster an innovation center for all service lines, promoting creativity, experimentation, and the continuous enhancement of service offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Middle East roles. • IOSH or NEBOSH Certificate • Diploma or BSc in H&S or Environmental Management or equivalent • Proven ability to lead large teams. • Track record of delivering H&S KPIs consistently.
