This role demands a technically proficient professional with strong architectural visualization capabilities and the ability to transform design concepts into stunning visual presentations. The selected candidate will collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver exceptional visual outcomes for our prestigious projects.

Position: 3D Visualization Expert

Location: Riyadh, On Site

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations that effectively communicate architectural concepts and designs to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed day and night rendering images that showcase projects in different lighting conditions and environments.
• Produce professional 3D walkthrough films to provide immersive experiences of architectural designs.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and translate design concepts into visual presentations.
• Maintain consistent visual standards across all project deliverables while adhering to client specifications and brand guidelines.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest visualization technologies and techniques to enhance the quality of deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural visualization within design or engineering consultancy firms.
• Professional fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in architectural visualization software including AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and related accessories.
• Expert skills in producing high-quality rendering images for both day and night scenes.
• Demonstrated ability to create professional 3D walkthrough animations and films.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous visualization work and technical capabilities.

Previous Work Experience Requirements:

• At least 4 years of progressive experience in architectural visualization, with a proven track record of creating high-quality 3D renderings and animations for architectural projects.
• Extensive experience using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and complementary tools to produce professional-grade visualizations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex architectural concepts and technical drawings into visually compelling presentations.
• Experience creating both interior and exterior visualizations under various lighting conditions (day and night settings).
• Proficiency in producing 3D walkthrough films that effectively showcase spatial qualities and design features of architectural projects.
• Background in collaborating with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure visualizations align with project requirements and client expectations.
• Previous work in an architectural or engineering consultancy environment, with understanding of the design process and technical requirements.
