Description
The role of 3D designer involves working on a range of projects and presentations whilst supporting the team and helping to develop more junior team members
Working in partnership with the wider creative team to help conceive, develop and design concepts, you will be a creative thinker with the ability to communicate internally with peers and externally to clients, to interpret briefs into outstanding experiences
Key Responsibilities
Creative Development:
- Support in developing creative ideas and concept designs in alignment with core project strategic planning and in response to briefs.
- Provide general creative support, from developing concepts and design solutions to presentation preparation and image sourcing.
- Hands-on creation of content.
- Produce high-quality renders and sketches.
- Design intent working drawings and stand plans with a good level of technical detail and resolution.
- Contribute productively to brainstorms.
- Source and research mood imagery and materials.
- Promote and support the highest level of creative excellence.
- Present creative ideas and communicate high-level concepts to senior management.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Develop the creative to deliver projects on brief, on time, and on budget.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Software Proficiency:
- Design and Visualization Tools: Vectorworks, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Cinema 4D, Lumion, Unreal Engine, Unity.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Aero.
- Significant agency experience, especially with major global corporate brands in retail, architecture, interior, and exhibition design.
- Expertise in space planning, drafting, sketching, and visualization.
- Understanding of media, materials, and technical details.
- Managing projects from concept to on-site completion.
- Pitching solutions and leading/nurturing creative teams.
- Delivering creative solutions in a production environment for clients or agencies.
- Excellent presentation and client liaison skills.
- Designing small and large-scale events and exhibitions for commercial purposes.
- Identifying creative opportunities, particularly in collaboration with Digital Teams and social media.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and working environments.
