3-6 PQE Regulatory Lawyer

We are working with a Magic Circle law firm who are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regulatory Lawyer (3-6 PQE) for their team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will have experience working at an international law firm, demonstrating a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on complex regulatory matters, with a focus on compliance, risk management, and regulatory enforcement.
• Providing strategic legal counsel to both domestic and international clients across various industries.
• Managing high-profile regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.
• Drafting and negotiating regulatory documentation and ensuring compliance with local and international laws.

Qualifications:

• Qualified in Saudi Arabia with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in regulatory law, ideally gained in a top-tier international law firm.
• An LLM from a UK or US university is highly desirable.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is a must.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to handle complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment.
