Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive English language and literature instruction to students.
- Design and implement effective lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through assessments and feedback.
- Provide mentorship and support to students to foster their academic growth.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in developing inspiring and interactive lesson plans.
- Adaptability and patience in working with a varied student demographic.
- Familiarity with diverse teaching methodologies and educational resources.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Language/Literature, Applied Linguistics, or Education is required.
- A TEFL Level 5 certification is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience is expected.
- Competitive salary ranging from \(3000 to \)3500 USD, commensurate with experience.
