مسؤول حسابات العملاء الموقع:  الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية نوع الوظيفة:  دوام كامل نظام العمل:  حضوري نبذة عن ويل واي ويل واي شركة تقنية تقدم حلولًا متكاملة في التسويق، والتحول الرقمي، وتطوير الأعمال من خلال قطاع الوكالة. نسعى لاستقطاب  مسؤول حسابات عملاء  يمتلك خبرة في وكالات التسويق ليكون حلقة الوصل الرئيسية بين العملاء وفرق العمل الداخلية، ويضمن تقديم تجربة احترافية وتحقيق أعلى مستويات رضا العملاء. نبذة عن الوظيفة يتولى مسؤول حسابات العملاء مسؤولية إدارة العلاقة مع العملاء منذ بدء المشروع وحتى اكتماله، مع متابعة سير التنفيذ والتنسيق بين الإدارات المختلفة لضمان جودة الخدمات والالتزام بالمواعيد. يتطلب هذا الدور شخصية احترافية تمتلك مهارات تواصل عالية، وسرعة في الاستجابة، وقدرة على إدارة عدة مشاريع وعملاء في الوقت نفسه. سيعمل المرشح بشكل مباشر مع مختلف الإدارات لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بكفاءة وتحقيق أهداف العملاء. المسؤوليات إدارة العلاقة مع العملاء وتقديم تجربة احترافية طوال فترة المشروع. متابعة تنفيذ مشاريع العملاء والتنسيق المستمر مع الإدارات الداخلية. ضمان سرعة الاستجابة لاستفسارات العملاء ومعالجة ملاحظاتهم باحترافية. متابعة الجداول الزمنية والتأكد من الالتزام بمواعيد التسليم. نقل متطلبات العملاء إلى فرق العمل ومتابعة تنفيذها. متابعة جودة الخدمات المقدمة وضمان رضا العملاء. إعداد تقارير دورية عن حالة المشاريع ومشاركتها مع العملاء والإدارة. التنسيق بين إدارات التسويق، والمشاريع، وتطوير الأعمال، والعلاقات العامة والمحتوى لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة. المساهمة في تطوير تجربة العملاء وتحسين إجراءات إدارة الحسابات. بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء وتعزيز ولائهم للشركة. المؤهلات درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها. خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة حسابات العملاء داخل وكالة تسويق أو إعلان أو وكالة رقمية. خبرة في إدارة المشاريع والتنسيق بين فرق العمل. مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة العلاقات مع العملاء. قدرة عالية على التنظيم وإدارة الوقت وتحديد الأولويات. سرعة في المتابعة والاستجابة واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة. إجادة استخدام أدوات إدارة المشاريع وأنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) تعد ميزة إضافية. ما نقدمه بيئة عمل احترافية ومحفزة. فرص للتطوير المهني والنمو الوظيفي. العمل ضمن فريق طموح يسعى لتقديم أفضل تجربة للعملاء. فرصة للمشاركة في مشاريع متنوعة مع شركات في مختلف القطاعات.
