INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Zoho Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and optimizing Zoho-based business applications that support operational excellence across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in Zoho applications, Deluge scripting, workflow automation, and third-party integrations to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions.

What You'll Lead And Deliver
Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator, including forms, reports, pages, dashboards, and workflows.
- Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, validation rules, custom buttons, and user interfaces to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Deluge scripts for custom business logic, scheduled functions, and workflow automation.
- Build custom functions, views, and integrations utilizing Zoho APIs and third-party services.
- Develop and implement automated workflows, approval processes, email notifications, and task reminders.
- Integrate Zoho applications with external platforms such as Shopify, Slack, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, and other REST API-based systems.
- Design and maintain bi-directional data synchronization between Zoho applications and external databases/platforms.
- Monitor and optimize integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues within existing Zoho applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Optimize system performance, user access controls, security settings, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations, workflows, and integrations.
- Provide ongoing application support and enhancement recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable Zoho solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Zoho platforms.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance business efficiency.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working within the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Desk, Analytics, or related applications.
- Proven experience developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations within Zoho platforms.
- Strong experience with Deluge scripting, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and third-party integrations.
- Experience implementing Zoho Blueprints, workflow rules, macros, and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with SQL-like logic, reporting, and data analysis within Zoho applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Zoho Creator Certified Developer, Zoho CRM Certified Professional, or other relevant Zoho certifications.
- Experience with Zoho Analytics, including dashboard and report development.
- Knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript for advanced integrations and automation.
- Experience working with enterprise business applications and digital transformation initiatives.
