WINNERSHIP: Supply Chain Intern - KSA

Your Tasks

The Supply Chain Intern will support the Supply Chain team in managing day-to-day operations across planning, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and customer service activities. The role offers hands-on exposure to supply chain processes while providing opportunities to develop analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Inventory Management

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and stock availability.
• Support demand forecasting and supply planning activities.
• Track inventory movements and identify potential shortages or excess stock.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
  
  

Logistics & Distribution

• Support transportation and delivery coordination activities.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on delivery performance.
• Assist in resolving logistics-related issues and delays.
• Help prepare logistics and transportation performance reports.
  
  

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, validate, and analyze supply chain data.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and other tools.
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Support KPI tracking for inventory, service level, and operational performance.
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in supply chain improvement projects.
• Document processes and recommend efficiency enhancements.
• Support implementation of operational initiatives and action plans.
  
  

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in:
• Supply Chain Management
• Logistics
• Business Administration
• Industrial Engineering
• Operations Management
• Related field
• English & Arabic speaker
