Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels and reorder products as necessary.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels in the system.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and forecast future stock requirements.
- Generate reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and inventory performance.
- Provide insights to management regarding inventory issues and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the receiving of incoming stock and ensure it is properly logged and stored.
- Coordinate the distribution of stock to various departments or locations as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during the handling of inventory.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Identify and resolve inventory-related issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize stock availability.
- Work closely with warehouse staff, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.
- Train and supervise staff on inventory management procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations regarding inventory management.
- Maintain accurate documentation for auditing purposes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales, Customer services & logistics
- Customer management.
- Fluent in written & spoken English and manageable level of Arabic language.
- Operating DAX system and PC software including Microsoft Word & Excel, Outlook.
- Good communication skills.
- High interpersonal skills
- Experience in working well with customers in a large volume manufacturing industry.
- Third language.
- High competency in IT literacy (MS Software & other relevant program).
- Certified negotiation skills.
