Essential
At least 2 years’ experience in sales, Customer services & logistics
Customer management.
Fluent in written & spoken English and manageable level of Arabic language.
Operating DAX system and PC software including Microsoft Word & Excel, Outlook.
Good Communication Skills.
High interpersonal skills
Desirable
Experience in working well with customers in a large volume manufacturing industry.
Third language.
High competency in IT literacy (MS Software & other relevant program).
- To handle sales calls, enquiries, orders, communication, coordination and dealing with customer queries and complaints in an appropriate manner and provide them quality service in order to achieve incremental cash sales.
- Presents, develops & communicates information regarding the orders, product requirements, stocks and products availability status to customers, sales team and to the other departmental personnel.
- To assists CSR at factory for preparation of products required against confirmed orders placed on JDE system & to act as support for the production planning by giving targets of requirements, priorities & delivery schedules.
- To arrange product samples for customers.
- Process delivery documents for the goods shipped to the customers and print invoices for all direct delivery transactions.
- To issue cash receipts, invoices, cash handling, deposits into bank, positing and reconciliation.
- Maintain record of materials received/delivered, cash invoices; cash deposit slips, cash receipts and delivery notes etc.
- Coordinates with CSR on changes, if any required or proposed by the customers for the partial and full deliveries.
- To manage all aspects of product movement, excess stocks, slow moving stocks, near to expiry products, new product launch & product updates.
- To arrange small package or urgent cargo of internal transfer order to deliver by express transport.
- To verify prices on DAX or issue quotations by using CRM after duly consulting with the line manager and maintain record of quotations and other submittals for future reference.
- To lead, supervise, delegate assignments to the internal staff at showroom.
- To resolve materials return issues in a procedural manner.
Essential
