Job Description

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to Sofitel brand standards.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set up.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily promotions.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and handle complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Upsell menu items and promote hotel outlets to maximize revenue.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and deliver an exceptional dining experience.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
