Visual Merchandiser

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance our in-store customer experience through attractive product displays and effective visual merchandising strategies. The successful candidate will ensure consistent brand presentation across all store locations, support sales growth, and maintain the highest visual standards. This role requires frequent travel between cities to support multiple branches.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across all assigned stores.
• Design and execute attractive product displays, window displays, and promotional areas.
• Ensure all visual presentations align with the company's brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor display quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Store Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute seasonal campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze store layouts and recommend improvements to maximize customer engagement and sales.
• Monitor the condition of display materials, fixtures, and signage.
• Stay updated on furniture retail trends and competitor activities to continuously improve visual merchandising practices.
• Travel regularly between cities and store locations as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser.
• Previous experience in the furniture or home furnishing industry is required.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently between cities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is a plus.
