Job Description:
The Vice President of Operations will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for orchestrating the operational strategy and execution in alignment with the organization’s long-term goals. This role requires a visionary leader who can leverage diverse operational expertise to drive process improvements, enhance efficiency, and optimize overall organizational performance. Job Requirements:
- At least 15 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies that significantly enhance organizational performance and efficiency.
- Expertise in supply chain management, logistics optimization, and cost-reduction strategies.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively engage with executive leadership and the board of directors, presenting insights and recommendations with clarity and confidence.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall operations strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and vision.
- Oversee daily operations and performance of all operational units, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to formulate long-term strategic initiatives and operational plans that foster growth and innovation.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, integrating Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce waste.
- Implement best practices in supply chain management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
- Engage in workforce planning and development, including recruitment, training, and succession planning for operational teams.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics and best-in-class tools to assess operational performance and recommend improvements.
- Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and quality across all operational areas, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry guidelines.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to strengthen supply chain capabilities and service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
