As a Valuer with CBRE, you will work in a team to complete valuations to a high standard of quality, within client and company guidelines as well as meeting agreed-upon time frames.
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for site inspection, data searching and preparation of valuation reports for all types of properties.
- Complete all allocated valuations to a high quality, in a professional manner, within required time frames, and in accordance with company requirements and client instruction
- Exercise sound judgement and decision making to produce accurate and high quality valuations reports
- Maintain a sound working knowledge of local sales market
- Manage and update relevant databases accordingly
- Participate in all local marketing functions and exercises as required
- Actively contribute to team meetings demonstrating a willingness to share ideas and information
- Undertake other duties and tasks as your manager may reasonably direct from time to time
What You'll Need:
- Valuation professional with up to 3 years of valuations experience in the Middle East
- Being a Licensed Valuer (Taqeem) will be a strong advantage.
- Fresh Graduate who are keen to learn on the job are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of the local property industry and market across relevant market areas
- Demonstrates mature communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels
- Excellent communication skills and a highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgement under pressure
