• Design usable, accessible digital experiences for employees and customers across web and mobile applications. Turn business requirements and user research into validated journeys, interfaces, and implementation-ready designs.

• –   Plan and conduct user interviews, contextual research, and usability testing with relevant users.
• –   Map user journeys, tasks, information architecture, and navigation for complete service flows.
• –   Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed interface designs for web and mobile.
• –   Design responsive interfaces and Arabic and English experiences, including right-to-left layouts.
• –   Validate designs with users and use findings to resolve friction and improve task completion.
• –   Maintain reusable components, interaction patterns, and design system guidance.
• –   Apply accessibility principles to layouts, contrast, typography, forms, and interaction behavior.
• –   Provide design specifications and collaborate with developers during implementation and design reviews.
• –   Work with business analysts and product stakeholders to balance user needs, business rules, and technical constraints.

• –   Figma or equivalent tools for interface design, prototypes, and component libraries.
• –   Research and usability testing tools appropriate to the project.
• –   Analytics and collaboration tools for evaluating journeys and managing design feedback.
• –   Strong interaction design, information architecture, and visual design skills.
• –   Practical knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and multilingual interfaces.
• –   Ability to explain design decisions, interpret research, and collaborate with engineering teams.
• –   Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• –   4–6 years of UX or product design experience with a portfolio showing research, design decisions, and delivered work.
• –   Experience with enterprise portals, mobile applications, and Arabic interfaces is an advantage.
