Job Purpose:
Deliver HIS (Hospital Information System) and other hospital systems/applications training to staff across Fakeeh Care Group. Assist in documenting and following up on change requests, and provide day-to-day support to ensure effective use of hospital systems. Prepare training materials to support staff adoption and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Job Purpose:
Deliver HIS (Hospital Information System) and other hospital systems/applications training to staff across Fakeeh Care Group. Assist in documenting and following up on change requests, and provide day-to-day support to ensure effective use of hospital systems. Prepare training materials to support staff adoption and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Conduct HIS training sessions for medical and non-medical staff
- Provide orientation and re-orientation for new and existing physicians on HIS
- Deliver hospital systems/applications training sessions for staff
- Prepare and develop training materials, user manuals, and quick reference guides
- Record and track attendance for training sessions and maintain training logs
- Receive and document change requests from hospital departments
- Coordinate with vendors and relevant teams to clarify requirements for change requests
- Perform initial testing of system changes and report issues to the Manager
- Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to the Manager
- Review and discuss HIS modification requests with physicians and clinical staff
- Demonstrate professional communication skills with physicians across Fakeeh Care
- Serve as a member of the Training Committee
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job
- Experience: 3+ years in HIS training, clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or related field
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or related field
- Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic
- Licenses / Certifications: Preferred – Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) Health Informatics certification
