Trade Marketing Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives
• Manage in-store promotions, displays, and merchandising activities
• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure effective execution of trade campaigns
• Analyze sell-in, sell-out, and market data to evaluate promotion effectiveness
• Manage POS materials distribution and ensure proper in-store visibility
• Work closely with distributors and retailers to implement agreed activities
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence insights
• Support new product launches at trade level
• Prepare regular reports on trade activities, ROI, and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and brand standards in all outlets

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales (FMCG / Food industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of retail channels and distributor operations
• Experience with promotions, merchandising, and in-store execution
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting
