Join Stryker and play a critical role in advancing patient care through innovative Trauma & Extremities solutions. In this field-based sales role, you will partner with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital stakeholders to drive commercial success while supporting clinical excellence and delivering outstanding patient outcomes across your territory.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers to grow business within the assigned territory.
  • Execute territory sales plans and achieve regional sales targets aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and clinical presentations to support customer needs and maximize product adoption.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and prepare accurate product and material recommendations for commercial opportunities and tenders.
  • Coordinate with tender, finance, logistics, and customer service teams to support successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver product installations, provide post-sales training, and support surgical procedures as the clinical expert for the Trauma & Extremities portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, product developments, and relevant regulations, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Capture and communicate customer feedback, complaints, and business insights, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of commercial sales experience as a Territory Lead, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Medical Devices industry.
  • Experience in Orthopedics, including Trauma, Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine, Spine, or related specialties.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting surgical procedures and providing clinical product training.
  • Experience working with tenders, hospital procurement processes, or healthcare purchasing stakeholders.

Additional Information

  • Individual contributor role with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
  • Field-based position covering the South/West region; candidates must reside within the assigned territory.
  • Frequent travel within the territory is required to support customer visits, product demonstrations, training, and surgical case coverage.
  • Attendance at industry congresses, customer events, and clinical education activities may be required.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Relocation support is not specified for this position.
