Technician V, Mechanical Job

An exciting opportunity is available for Mechanical Technician located in Jubail.

Job Purpose

The mechanical technician is responsible for providing on-going support to the field maintenance staff, contractors, vendors and other staff in planning, repairing and installation of a variety of mechanical equipment to ensure that all maintenance objectives are met efficiently.

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Conduct equipment inspections, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide technical support to resolve maintenance and operational issues.
• Maintain maintenance records, systems, and documentation.
• Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and turnaround activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Reliability, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
  
  

Qualification, Experience Required:

• Diploma in mechanical or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience or above working as mechanical technician in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas sectors.
  
  

Must-haves Technical Skills:

• Basic Knowledge of Booster/Primary Compressor.
• Basic Knowledge of Hyper Compressor.
• Basic Knowledge in System Administrative Program (SAP).
• High attention to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently complete tasks to a high standard.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
